The Lavender Rose is comprised of three self-catering apartment units, sleeping 4, 4 and 2 people respectively.

It is situated in the Costa Sarda area of Knysna (otherwise known as "The Hidden Jewel of Knysna").

The units overlook the Knysna lagoon, and are situated approximately 100 meters from a walkway and cycle track which runs alongside the lagoon. This walkway stretches between the Knysna Waterfront and the main road to the Heads, and provides a very pleasant and scenic walk for those so inclined.

Next door to the guesthouse is the River Club Cafe, from which breakfasts and dinners are available.
